This thanksgiving break I went to arrowhead with my friend Jake. My grandma has a house up there so we stayed there. We went to the village and up into the wilderness. We went so far that the nearest house we could see was across arrowhead lake. Which was about ten miles away. We decided to build a fort. I was kind of worried because we were really far into the wilderness and didn't know how to get back home. Luckily Jake and I remembered things that were on our hike like a hub cap and a metal tube. We eventually found our way back home.
On the actual Thanksgiving day I went to a Mexican restaurant for brunch and then we had a party at my house in the evening with family and friends. I didn't know my science project was due on Monday and my cousin asked if she could see it. I told her I didn't start it yet because I thought it was due the day before Christmas break. We franticly started working on it because we needed seven days for the crystals to grow. I was so worried that I didn't know what to do. If my cousin didn't help me I don't think I could have gotten my project done. In the end it all worked out fine.
Wow dude you dodged a bullet...
